Ordering/FAQ

Do you have a minimum order requirement: Yes. We have a minimum order of 2 dozen of any one dessert item. Delivery is free to most Sacramento locations some locations may have a delivery fee.  

Do you ship your desserts: Yes. We can ship some of our dessert items. Cost is dependent upon the item ordered, weight, location being shipped to, and method of shipping. We only ship items M-W to ensure freshness upon delivery. 

Do you do events outside of Sacramento: Yes. We also can provide services outside of the Sacramento area however based on the location and the order additional fees will apply.

How do I place an Order: Orders can be placed by phone or by scheduling an appointment for a dessert consultation. Although we make every effort to meet all event requests, we fill bookings quickly so we recommend contacting us as far in advance of your event as possible. We typically check our email and social media sites every 48 hours so we do not recommend placing an order via these mediums.

How far in advance should I place a order: For orders between 2 and 4 dozen we need at least 48 hrs. lead time. For large occasions or custom orders a 3-6 week lead time is preferred.

Do you offer tasting appointments: Yes. We do offer tasting appointments. Tasting appointments are $25.00 per person. You can choose up to 4 items to sample and each person receives 1 sample. Additional samples can be provided at $10.00 per item with each person receiving 1 sample each. We can come to you or you can come to us at our kitchen in Folsom CA.

Do I have to make a deposit. Yes A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure an order of 6 dozen or more. If you would like to reserve a date for a future event a $100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit can be placed to hold the date. And the hold date must be booked no later than two weeks prior to the event.

Thanksgiving/Christmas/: We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
What is your refund policy: It is very rare that we have an unsatisfied customer. Once you accept delivery of an order there is no refund,  however depending on the circumstances we will try to rectify the situation in a manner that we hope will be pleasing.
